From fabric to sketch

sharon young: I have a lifelong passion for textiles which has dominated my artistic education, in a constant endeavor to find my creative voice. This has led me on a journey through a fashion degree and onto my own label. I have since refined my textile studies by completing a C&G Diploma in Embroidery. My current collection of work involves research into contemporary embroidery and surface manipulation, where I am now studying how stitch and cloth relate to our daily lives.
